Late Harvest

Riesling

Winemaker’s Notes

The process involves selected grapes harvested from our vineyards, where the conditions of high temperature and morning mist accomplish the proliferation of the noble rot that concentrates the sugar in the berries. Direct pressing is done without soak fermentation. Fermentation in stainless steel at temperatures between 14º and 16ºC with selected yeast.
