Jouclary nestles on the southern slopes of the Cabardès region, facing the Montagne Noir, and enjoys a Mediterranean, as well as, Atlantic climate. Each grape varietal adds a personal note without domination.
This wine is the colour of light salmon. The favours are delicate, yet complex. The scents of white flowers, violets, and dried flowers blend with fruity flavours of grape, peach, gooseberry and citrus intertwined with exotic fruits. Although it has a strong finish, it is built on harmony and subtlety.
A wine for all occasions. Can be successfully paired with exotic cuisine. A nice accompaniment to grilled meat or fish, salads, cold cuts, and tapas.
