This wine is from vineyards selected by our oenologist in vineyards located in San Martin, Province of Mendoza, Argentina. The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels in our winery for a period of one year to improve its body and obtain a well balanced wine, with red fruits aroma.
Aging: 12 months in French oak and American barrels.
Cellaring time: Can be kept 10 years.
Cuisine: Excellent option with pasta, pizza, stews, ham, pork and mature cheeses. Serve between 61 ºF and 65 ºF.
